Charie is an interactive fictional storytelling service. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Respectful, lawful use
Do not use Charie to break the law, threaten or exploit people, impersonate real individuals, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade safety systems or create content involving the sexual exploitation of minors. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people, the service or our legal obligations.
AI-generated content
Character responses and generated media are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected or incomplete. They are not professional advice. Review anything you plan to share publicly, and do not rely on Charie for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
Your content
You keep rights to content you provide to Charie, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights to anything you upload or ask us to transform. You grant Charie a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
Availability and changes
Charie may change, pause or discontinue features, including characters and generation options. We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
